I also think it looks better without the top. However, I am still not a fan of the turbine wheels and the disproportioned front end.

Nice looking car. However for an enthusiast; it is an overweight dud.

That car is going to mimic the rock in the deep end of the pool.

The car is confused with its mission. Cruizer or supercar ?

What a pointless car overall............give me an SL65 anyday if it's got to be a Benz. I'll use the spare change to buy a house.

Funny because it's soo true!!! Amazing. Only Mercedes can pull off something like that. For how long (or how short) is now the question :D

agreed, the sl65 or even 55 gives you almost the same thing...a high speed luxury sports car, or 70% less money....the conv. is better looking than the coupe but this car and its mission was misguided from the start

They should have released this first :) Maybe the SLR would have a chance then. Who is the dope who decided to put an auto box in it ?

I like it, now a Brabus version of this would be great.

Why was I under the impression that the SLR was always a folding hardtop? What a stupid vehicle! Give me a Viper GTS with turbos anyday.

agreed... I didn't really think the SLR was too sharp until I saw the Brabus version.
a Brabus convertible would be sweet
