Small Water Leak Advice

Having parked up on the weekend after a run in my GT4 I cam back to find a very small amount of fluid at the front of the car which I was pleased to discover was water.

On closer inspection the bottom hose appeared to have a small water stain below it towards the front of the car alongside the temp sender and it also looked as if the jubilee clip had moved.

My apologies if this is a dumb question but I am only just finding my way around the car but is there an easy way to access this hose or is it just a case of working down between the spare wheel tray and the radiator.
