Be careful. This is an insult to gem owners everywhere. You could be sued.

    Dear kravchak,

No idea whether this is the black boxer you speak of, as this was
originally a red car, however, it was black two years ago. Thanks
    for looking at our auction.

You should ask him how he fixed the mangled rear bumper as he didnt replace it or anything else on the car other than the windshield and "hood".

I think we should ask him questions just to get the schizophrenic responses for entertainment value. Hope no one gets screwed in this offering.

    For California Boxer owners:

Unless you want your Boxer to look like that black one, either invest in pontoons or better yet leave it in the garage. Pretty wet out there! RP's near death experience in the rain was sure sobering a few years ago.

Sounds like the seller is a purveyor of exotic garbage. The 360 he is trying to sell is also a turd.

    Did not sell.

Well as an example Trutland gets $14K for gearboxes, whats the engine worth? $15-20K? - try finding one. The headers, exhaust, bumpers, front and rear clamshell, doors, suspension, rads, interior, glass, knock off spinners, wiper arm....then you have a shell with a good cabin. I would pay $45K for it only because the expensive front clamshell was replaced so there is value there.

Your right... its a shame to have to part something like that out but it looks like that would be best. So are you going to buy it and have it trucked up to you?

For $45k yes but I imagine he had that into it before he "fixed" it so I doubt he would let it go for a price that makes sense for me to buy it. Its probably a good thing anyway because I wouldnt want to part with the engine and gearbox and that would result in a very cranky wife!
