Anyone have a chance to watch this? It's a series of 10 episodes dissecting different airline accidents. Some deal with equipment malfunctions, weather, air traffic control and pilot error.

You bet!! It's actually been on some 7 or 8 seasons.... maybe more. It's also
called "Mayday" - I believe for the Canadian market.

ALL of the episodes are on YouTube (most in 2 -5 parts with no commercials)

Air Crash Investigation is another popular name for it. Most can be found under it.

I think I've watched all of the episodes. I love the show, which to me seems like a weird thing to say considering the amount of tragedy it bases itself on.

I didn't realize it was done in early 2002-3. The Smithsonian Channel promo says it's new (Maybe new to Smithsonian Ch).
