    Sorry for double post..but thought it might get more exposure here.

    Looking for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, or 1 bath, condo/townhome/small home anywhere between the USC and UCLA campus. Or pretty close (15 minute drive) to either campus. Not sure about local real estate agents there. Or anywhere in the middle of the 10 freeway. If the location is closer to one UNI and farther than the other that is ok.

    Would it be reasonable to think something could be found in the 250-300K range?
