There was a lot of concern about the circus beating the storm. I take it that they safely made it out of Japan but have seen no reports.
I think some are stuck- Joe Saward had a post today that they were all at the terminal in Tokyo... I imagine the drivers and team principals all get out on pvt charters or own jets... but weather is weather... if the chopper is not flying for medical reasons... then doubt they will to ferry drivers et al to Narita...
Maybe this will kick start a rethink in where and when races are scheduled. Mind you that needs common sense..

Unfortunately, our potential 'man on the inside' is safely at home in LA right now and doesn't know if they got out or not. I also asked how many planes they used. Two of 'his' 747 freighters, but with the caveat that they may also use another airline. I doubt that very much. Hopefully all is on schedule. Cheers, Ian
i didn't know they have heard of toilet paper in sochi yet. at least the crappers at the glen back when usually started the weekend with it.
