    so on when shutting the car off and the lights are in the off position.
    So I go drive during the day, I don't turn the lights on. I come home and park and the headlights go on! not the led strip, the actual headlights.

    to turn them off, I have to start the car, turn the lights on, then turn the lights off and shut the car off.

    possessed?

    You are not making any sense. Do you have an aftermarket alarm? Has there been any recent stereo work done?

    I made complete sense. its exactly what is happening.
    no stereo work and oem alarm

    yep has to be something quirky with a wire - or its haunted.

    I don't think any of the lights are link to any ECU...

    Just operate on a relay logic with either constant 12V or remote 12V(key has to be at on position etc). Because you still need to manually switch on everything...
