Mine sucked!!! Up at 3:45am (after being kicked in the nose by my kid). Into the SF Valley at 9am Blown hose - see picture below 97 degrees out 3 1/2 y/o with me for what was supposed to be a half hour appt. NO diapers NUCLEAR WASTE dump in old one! Sh!tty lunch 3 hr wait for flatbed No golf! Who's next? DL

Trying to decide whether to tell your story to my wife, who never forgave our Maranello for blowing a hose on a beautiful summer evening, on a safe side street not more than a mile from her best friend's house. Wife's friend rescued her immediately - the captain, of course, went down with the ship. Wife also never really understood why I immediately forgave the car for stranding us, reminding me (correctly) that if it had been any other car I probably would have scrawled a makeshift "For Sale" sign on the back of any handy paper, slipped it under the wiper, and taken a cab home without ever looking back. That board looks familiar, by the way - I'm guessing my teenage flatbed driver still has nightmares about coaxing the beast safely onto his truck. It would be interesting to hear how you entertained a 3yo w/past expiration date diaper for several hours ... you're a good man.

Not bad, 2 classes, some errands picking up suit from tailor, more handkerchiefs, walked with the kid around the Square with the Baby Bjorn (strap-on baby carrier). Then he slept for record 4 hr and 2.5 hr stretches during the night. Sorry to hear about your car though Dave. That's the 3rd or 4th blown hose in a 550 I've heard of though... is there one known weakness?

My wife has been handling that - I'm not very good at breastfeeding. Although I've been up a few times to change diapers, when she's really tired she'll feed him and pass him off to me.
