Should i build it or just resell it. looks like they are worth alot more than i thought.

if it was a 360 or 430 then i wouldnt even be asking.

i cant believe the weight, its definitely the heaviest model i have seen

well it wasnt $25 but it wasnt 500 that i will say :) Its in the box inside the testors box i had to peel back the padding to verify no chips on the shell

i know i really dont have room for it... if it was a 360 or 430 i would have made room though. appears to be complete. i guess i will ebay it. anyone know a fair reserve other than my payment price?

    Hi
i would suggest do not peel anything, right now the fair price on ebay would be 600 USA dollars = 413 euros. You might start the a low price at 400 USA dollars. Hopefully the auction will close at 600. Since you mentioned 430, I am collecting a 430 Ferrari scale 1/10 only available in Italy, more than 1500 pieces to put together. I have already finished the collection of the Ferrari Enzo scale 1/10 all in metal, (1800 pieces) from original chassis to the entire body all in die-cast.
    Cheers

I think I have that model. I bought about 20 years ago. You mean I shouldn't have assembled it. It took me a month.

No, I am not saying that, its what the market offers, There is people that like models assembled, but the experience of building something from scratch raises the price. If you look on ebay you will notice that on ending auction, the model assembled like a pocher testarossa 1/8 will close at 150 to 170 euros. A model not assembled a testarossa 1/8 will close around 200 to 250 euros. I been collecting models over 20 years and for the last 3 years i have decide to collect models scales 1/10 - 1/8 - 1/12. I have suspended the scale 1/18 since I have no more space a collection between 300 models. With the new year i have decided to collect the De agostini models scale 1/10 and my next purchase will be amalgam models
