    Just got my self a Black Macbook in Sept. and was wondering if you guys, have any suggestions of any apps? I really can't think of anything.

    And one more question.

    If I have a DIVX file, I want to burn to a Video DVD, what software do I use? iDVD sucks, and I can't really find any good DVD burning software. Roxio Toast also doesn't work to well.
    Any Suggestions?

    Yes, definitely check the zillions of threads about PC users turned Mac users in this forum.

    To answer your question... Do you have a DVD player that plays DivX/XviD? If so, then just burn it using the DivX option in Toast. If not, and you want an actual VCD or SVCD or DVD, use ffmpegX. It'll do mostly any conversion you throw at it.
