He took me for a ride today and man what a nice car. I really like the styling and the sound was amazing. He's taking it back to the dealer next week for a DVD/Nav system and a tubi exhaust. I can't wait to here what it sounds like after that. You guys are so damn lucky to own these cars.

O well just had to share. Hopefully a ducati 998 will be parked in my driveway soon so I can keep up with him on those highway runs. =)

I'll ask him he's getting the rear camera and stuff as well when he does the NAV system.

why for the rear camera? i was really surprised at how good the rear visibility is, granted i haven't reverse parallel parked one, but apart from some bulkiness in the rear-quarter panels the visibility is quite good.

The Pioneer is much nicer than the Alpine in the 1700-2k price range. I installed the former in place of the latter in my 6.0, rear camera works well, nav is easy to use, push screen, no remotes needed. I think Alpine may make a better one at a much higher price, but i would look at the pioneer unless he wants to get carried away. PS- i am not interested in hi-fi aspects, don't use radio or cd player, so i'm not vouching for soundsystem aspects of this unit.
