    Steiner's claim is that he is half owner in the team based on his original agreement with Haas. With the team worth between 900 million and up, that means Steiner, if he wins, has 450+ million dollars say if there is a sale. That means that Andretti could buy out Gene Haas for 500 million and become Steiner's new partner/boss. Or Andretti could buy out Steiner, and become Haas' new team principal, and run the team. At least Steiner would walk away with a nice payday (and maybe even get a new job as team principal at Alpine or Ferrari?). Best of all, it could even happen this season.

    That is the question. It only makes sense if Steiner senses he might not get his share if there is a sale. And if there is a buyer talking to Gene Haas...well...this is the logical team for Andretti to become involved with. They could even get Alfa Romeo to join them to increase the Ferrari tie in.

    Gene denies that Gunther owns half the team, this should be pretty simple to discern. What do the documents say that includes both signatures?

    I remember when F1 was ruled by Jean Marie Ballestre, a Frenchman, people complained;
    Then it was the British duo Max Mosley & Bernie Ecclestone, people still complained.
    Now it's Mohamed Ben Sulayem (UAE) and Liberty (USA), people are also complaining.
    The new management gives its personal touch ... like 3 GPs in the States.
    What next if the Saudi manage to buy FOM from Liberty ? (already 4 GPs in the Middle East).
