I'm a brand new F car guy (just got my '19 488 Spider a few weeks ago, and have already resolved that I will never in my life be without a Ferrari in the garage). But my question is ...

... Now that the 296 can't be ordered new anymore, what will fill the gap in the product line that the V8 cars used to fill? What's the next mid engine Ferrari going to be? I wouldn't be caught dead in a Purosangue, and to be honest the 296's styling is "meh" in my opinion. The 458/488/F8 on the other hand... Just gorgeous. But leaving styling aside... Now that we've seen the last of the mid engine V8s, what will replace them?0

Ah gotcha. Guess it's a good thing I have my 488, because to me the 296 is a giant stylistic step backwards. Exterior, interior, everything. I had my car sitting at the dealer right next to a brand new 296 and there was absolutely no question in my mind which car I'd prefer to take home.

So in terms of mid engine cars... Looks like the 296 is the only thing in the plan for the foreseeable future? Guess I'd better take great care of my 488 then...
