    Country boy right here.

Some of my favorites: Tim Mcgraw, Trace Adkins, Brooks & Dunn, Jason Aldean, Sara Evans, Toby Keith, Alabama, Kenny Chesney

I may live in MI, but I'm as country as you get. Plan on moving to Texas after college. Country music justs represents who I am and expresses myself better than anything.

I'm more of a mellow rock guy. I'm not into too much hard stuff, but do like it on occasions. I like a lot of classic rock (Floyd, Skynyrd, Clapton, Billy Joel, James Taylor, etc) and stuff from the early-90's grunge scene (Pearl Jam, Nirvana). Also, being from Texas, I have to like country music, so anything from the mid to late-90's and older is what gets played. 99% of today's music sucks and I can't find myself listening to the radio that much.

I grew up on "classic" rock, although it wasn't classic just yet:) But I love listening to all different types of music, and I prefer live, small venues with bands of any type. As an intermediate guitar player, I can appreciate the skills of a lot of musicians even if I don't care for their music.

All different kinds... my presets for my XM range from Rock, top 20, Classical and Reggae. And they all get about equal play time.

    The Mars Volta

Some Audioslave, Queen and Queens of the Stone Age, but not as much as the others.

How can you not remember her first hit song "Baby hit me one more time" or "You drive me crazy"..? I dunno, those songs played so much on the bus that I remember some lyrics. Oh yea cant forget "I'ma slave for you" or "toxic" either.

Anyway I play jazz and r&b, I listen to another genre....but it's not cop, I mean car suitable.
