Where I have been today, not in days, but in % of today spent at various spots:

30%: Floor next to computer.
35%: Adjusting my dual ply crown whilst being regal on the porcelain throne.
25%: The interweb.
5%: Wandering around in my living room naked because my neighbors are gone and no one would know.
1%: Standing naked and transfixed with the phone in my hand after receiving a call from my previously mentioned neighbor, after having been informed that they have been home for 4 hours, and after being given a request to close my drapes.
4%: Working out to old Olivia Newton John videos with a jar of vegemite and my "Crocodile Dundee" hat.

 

this month i've spent about 4 days in Los Santos, 3 in San Ferria, and 5 or 6 in Las Venturas.

Over the last 14 or so with many, many repeats for most - was living in the Philippines, Germany and Japan 11 years during those times, so had good jumping off points. I did forget to say 4 - 5 mos total in Turkey (great place) over that time. Deployments are about 2 weeks to 186 days. An interesting contrast is the immersion times. I'm sure your accomodations have generally been better than mine although I am not complaining.
Just wanted to make the point that when I joined the AF, this doc from rural Alabama wanted to escape from University Hospital in Birmingham...and I did.
I do desperately want to get to China, India and Australia still, I hear the people are terrific. I do hear Shanghai is especially nice...
I gotta finish by saying it is so so good to be home in the USA. This place is great.
