not sure what you mean, do you mean to "disconnect this connector" or remove the connector and its wiring from the valve cover without disconnect the connector? im guessing its the "disconnect this connector", its a tab, press it
Here my best way of disconnecting that. Lift up that little tab in your circle gently and slip a mechanics wire under it to hold it up. Then flip it over and do the same then it will separate
