I always liked those. Saw a new back then. If I remember correctly a real nice suede interior and what a Longenes(sp) clock in the center of the dash?.

I can't tell from the pics....swead seats or marshmellows? Amazing car! Any mechanical problems?

No suede on the seats...all marshmellow! She's been pretty trouble free suprisingly enough, although I do have a small rear oil seal leak which I will have to take care of.

The 164 I just got registered Fri. Had an L back when they were new with an auto...wanted the S but the wife needed a slushbox. Big difference with the S and the manual, really the way it should be...alot more fun and alot more growl. I hope to take some pics this week and I'll get them posted next weekend.

How do those seats feel? Are they to soft, or just look it?

Great Biturbo! It looks to be in very good condition, which would be expected from a car with so few miles.
I'm both glad and surprised that you found one with no mechanical problems, from what I hear that's truly rare in a Biturbo.

    Nice wheels.

I have an 87 Biturbo Si myself.

Do those rims have spacers underneath? I know that aftermarket rims are pretty much an impossibility for these cars without the spacers.

You can see more about my car here.

KTG...the seats are very soft, not much latteral support though.

selvatico...don't get me wrong. When she was new I had a few computer issues that were taken care of under warranty, windshield delaminated (warranty). Probably nothing major because I have owned it since she was new. I'm still on the orig brakes, exhaust etc etc. And I do now have a rear oil seal leak which I have been informed requires the removel of the engine, not thrilled with this as it's so clean and "together" underneith...just not thrilled with having the engine yanked but I may not have the choice. All in all it has been very troublefree.

masermartin...yes the wheels do have spacers but have never had any problems. The wheels are Asev type C I believe. I think they cost me about 300 each 10yrs ago as they had to be custom drilled etc etc. Your car looks great! For the prices that these cars go for it just does'nt make any sense to me to sell her. I'll keep it before I give it away...

Yeah, and oddly enough my wife doesn't want me to get rid of it. She likes the nostalgia of the car because I had it when we met in college and she thought it was a cool car. :)
I am really considering keeping it.
