    I used to work with an Engineer (lived in Severna Park) who built a 75 foot yacht in his back yard. It took him 12 years, he spent about $200K. It was completed in 1996, and worth about $500k then. He had 0 knowledge of boat building when he started and had NEVER been on a boat on the water before the one he built.
