What would we do without tape!! Nothing like good improvisation. Must have been good to get a feel of the beast on the track. Enjoyed the vid and pics.
Glad you guys like the pics I like that rear shot too, from the ground, can really see how low that beast is! I like the pic of the valve cap as well, that came out pretty clear
Nice Chewy.... looking forward to running into you sometime at a meet and having a chat, the rear pic really emphasizes how low the 430 is!
glad you fellas like the pics look forward to meeting you too OSG, i saw some pics you took of the cars together, very nice! I think im going to the track this weekend as well, not sure, might have to go to some boring wedding, damn it.
the pics don't show the speed that the 430 carries it munched everything out there. scud and I "drag raced" down the main straight - from the end of 2nd gear to the end of 4th gear. they are very closely matched, but the 430 edged the 575 out when scud tipped it into turn one - it was all over, bar the waving goodbye.....
May I ask what lap times were achieved by the 430 compared to the 360CS? In terms of overall balance/handling how does the 430 compare to the CS or the GT2? Edit: Apologies for the repeated questions, I just noticed the times/comparisons were posted in another thread. But continuing with the track theme.....Can someone confirm that my eyes have not deceived me- the CS achieves a 1'03.7 on the Clubman Circuit, the 430 in the 1'01 range? That is impressive...... Imagine the potential of a 430 CS with considerably less weight!
