Some Playstation 3 Info

Blah...Games now a days are not creative enough. I will wait for Halo 3 and buy an XB 360. All of these new games that are being released are going to be *gabage.* Halo + XB Live ='s the best gaming experience ever.

If I remember right, the PS2 was also capable of doing this but Sony never developed anything for it.

 

I've got a little more info on how to possibly get PS3.

I went into ebgames and they told me they aren't taking pre-orders for PS3 after the XBOX 360 fiasco they had (lots of "confirmed" pre-orders, not enough units shipped) so they said if you preorder a game (AND THIS IS HOW THEY THINK IT'LL WORK), they will call you before they sell them. Basically, if it works like that - and the guy said they have no idea if it will or not, but probably - you'll have "first dibs" on PS3. So i pre-ordered Call of Duty 3 and put down the $5 deposit and i'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Also, they have a list of games you can pre-order. Ones that i can remember NOT being on the list are GT5, Grand Theft Auto, Formula 1 (wierd, since this was at the ps3 conference thing), Tecken (i only know that because my friend is into the fighting games)

Ones i can remember being on it are Call of Duty 3, Rainbow Six: Vegas, Tony Hawk

The list was about 3/4 of a page long. Probably about 25-35 games. All the ebgames' should have it

Will it be that sold out ?

They said the same thing for the PS2/Xbox360 in France and one week after the launch you could buy one , no pb !.

 

Whats vision GT ? A GT4 with updated graphics?

 

I think so. I don't think many people care about the price when it first comes out. I think half of all the people buying them the first day plan to flip them for double anyway

 

I can wait plus i dont see any games that i want that bad. Vision GT will be just a refreshed GT4.

 

Thats my plan, Ebay will pay for the other 2 we buy that day.

 

Thats what I'm doing also. Easy way to make a couple grand.

 

So you plan on waiting in a line and they will sell you more then one? If there are lines, I would have thought they would limit you to one.
