    To answer your questions:

    1. A drain hole can be added anywhere near or on the lowest point of the rear inner fender arch. In your image this woud be at the tip just where the little vertical support is next to the chassis. Imagine the path where water can be trapped and follow it to the best drain location.

    2. Your gas cap should not have the hole. It otherwise looks ok. For the exact cap it is the same one as used on the 308 and I have not found a cross to any other car. If all you need is a cap almost any Fiat, Lancia, Alfa cap will work as it is a pretty standard size. All comes down to how much you want to spend.

    3. I can't comment on that canister as I have no experience with it.

Is the gas cap supposed to have the rubber gasket inside? I've seen both with and without.

I have seen it both ways so I can't see it as mattering.

There's one just like his posted on eBay for $499 (with interior gasket). I bought an extra one like mine (w/o gasket) for $12 + a new rubber grip from Verell ($45) and perhaps re-plate (yellow cad?) for good as new originals.
