Nice shots. I have seen those F1 cars when they were racing the first time around. Kewl. And even a Regamobile.

Note to myself: Visit BRIC 06.

I was there last year. They had Ferrari parking in the pit area just at turn 5.

It's incredible to listen to the F1 cars scream up the hill out of turn 5.

During the Challenge weekend, the sound of the 512BBLM's and the 512S screaming through the forest, down the back straight at full tilt toward turn 5, gave me flashbacks of the movie LeMans. IN-FROGGIN-CREDIBLE!

At the Fall VSCDA, there was a Devin SS (yellow/red), with the motor from hell, terrorizing everybody on the track, watching/hearing him apply liberal helpings of fuel, going uphill from #5 (and everywhere else) was quite instructive. When he saw my bike, he said, "I want one of those." I told him I would be happy to trade, but he was too slow to respond. :D

Not to say that I wouldn't love to have such a sinuous beast at my disposal, but for an evryday driver? :D

I do know someone, that did daily commutes in a GTO and a 250LM.

When he made that statement, I told him that he had to be stop, that I needed a few moments...

I then told him that I was having extreme difficulty "getting my arms around" that thought. :D

Then I told him that he could continue.

    :D :D

I was once talking on the phone, to a man in Sacramento, about some MC parts that he had advertised for a Paul Dunstall Norton. We were talking about the many bikes in his collection, including a number of Vincents and variants, Ariels, Matchless, AJS, Velocette, on and on, he has approx 50. I proposed to him without hesitation, he laughed so hard I thought he'd go into coronary arrest! :D
