The cabin air intake rain protection below the wiper finishers looks pretty bad and was cracked in various places:

All old paint was removed and the cracks and gasket support repaired to guarantee its continuity on the cowl, without which it would leak in to the HVAC, then repainted:

There is a plastic cover below the carpet on the front door entrance. It covers the AC hoses:

It did need a cleanup too Image Unavailable, Please Login

Now - the left side was missing - and the one sold by Ferrari didn't fit (it was for the right side). I decided to reproduce the part based on an optical scan of the lh side:

    The scan looked useable:

So it was used to create the 3D data for printing:

Since the lh side panel is covering the wiring loom, brake booster vacuum hose and heater hose, it needed some modifications to allow all passages. Those were done by hand, cutting away offending areas and re-fitting them with the appropriate clearances.

    It finally looked like that:

    And it works
    Image Unavailable, Please Login
Since it will be covered in carpet and was quite strong despite the cutting and glueing I didn't re-scan, reconstruct and re-print but used the part directly.

One of the passengers foot well rubber mats had hardened and broke:

As these are not readily available for a RHD car, we reproduced them (3d data, milled, silicon mold, vacuum casting)

One of the vacuum tank brackets on the rh air intake was missing too - it needed to be reproduced as well. It was replaced with a bolt...

what are you going to do with your molds? You should consider reproducing parts.

Ron, all this happened over a longer period - most of which was spent waiting for... people to do what they said they would but finally didn't. I had the mechanical, body, painting and trim work done outside, since I lack the skills, equipment and space for it. The rest was done by me, bit by bit. Most of the molds have been discarded for lack of space, which is a premium here.
