As I said, just more discrete. A luxury provided by their superior car. Some of Ferrari's ham handedness is down to desperation.
Truth is that, save some "tell-all" account, we'll never know for sure.
In any case RB won the championships in a manner consistent with the spirit of the rules as I see them. So I congratulate them on a job well done.

Alonso lost the race in Saturday qualifying with a very tentative effort. He compounded it with a very poor start. This is the result of trying to protect the championship as opposed to going after it. I found it very surprising. Honestly he was lucky to be in that position. He should have been far more aggressive.

I disagree, but I agreed with the extract I quoted.

Very late to the discussion, but ... can anyone tell me whether Mark Webber ever made it to Abu Dhabi? I looked for, but didn't see him in the qualifying and race broadcasts.

Well done Vettel, and Alonso for that matter.

It's easy for him to say afterwards and sound a good boy. The gesture towards Petrov showed his class I'm afraid - like throwing the toys out the pram when he was trashed at McLaren by a rookie.

Until Alonso went to McLaren, I did not dislike him and I was genuinely impressed by him. Had he not given Petrov the 1st degree at the end of the race and did the interview then there is nothing more to say.... Just not a sporting character in my opinion - that's all.

every other post, you whip on the 'pos' FA? don't worry, i'll leave you alone from now on, seeing as how i'm never going to find out why you are so obsessed with the guy (for my own morbid curiosity sake).

I'm not sure many drivers would simply cruise to the pits after that ridiculously frustrating race, losing the WDC in the process. Remember Vettel after his drive through in Hungary? That was for a drive through, this was for a lost WDC.

Slight Correction: 22 other drivers and Alonso didn't win the WDC. I think its really fitting that Alonso couldn't do his annoying "horns on my helmet" routine because he got his ass kicked by Red Bull.
