    Deutsch Bonnet built small displacement race cars which were rather successful from 1938 through 1962, when Deutsch and Bonnet split, and formed 2 seperate companies: CD (Charles Deutsch) and RB (Rene Bonnet)

    The first DB 2 cars had Citroen motors, and the later cars used Panhard motors. Rene Bonnet cars used Renault motors. What is interesting is the shapes of the first DB 2 cars. In the following photo, note how close the shape of the nose of the coupe resembles that of a current F1 car!
