It's been a while since I saw Sam as well, hopefully it can be a return to the past. Let's call BrAdLeY, jOn, JoHn, ChRiS, eD, MiChAeL, NoTo, eMil. Okay maybe not, but it would be a fun trip. Let's make it happen.

Sounds good, keep me posted. Now we just have to find a day and time that we don't have to deal with traffic.
I can't wait for good weather to come our way!!

That's ok. I just threw it out there. Actually not the best weekend for me either. I will put up a couple more possible dates. Maybe earlier in April

It was a brief but enjoyable meet up last year (I'm the guy with the silver 430). But I agree we need to wait until the weather is warmer. We were all freezing out on the wharf. I'm definitely in!

Cold it was! Glad your in. Now I just have to get the other three that showed up. If all goes well we can have a great turn out. How's May 4th? Maybe a Sunday is better as that seems to be the day that most people don't have plans.

So hopefully we can do this rally AND the Run Out East!

If anyone is up for it, I am pretty sure I can do a scaled back ROE (inviation only) at Montauk Manor. Let me know if any one would like that and if so how many.

Had a meeting with the FCA Empire State region last night. They are very interested in piggy-backing on this rally so it could be a pretty large event. Looks like the tentative date is May 3. Preliminary itinerary is meeting up somewhere right off the LIE (FoLI is the most likely meeting place but I have to speak with them first) then a rally out to Montauk, LI. I suggested a stop along the way at Lunch (Lobster Roll) in Amagansett then head out east to Montauk Point with maybe a stop over at the light house, then off to Montauk Yacht Club. We will try to arrange a block of rooms for overnight stays for those interested since some are coming from out of town. I think this can turn out to be an amazing rally if it all comes together. It's still in preliminary planning phase with nothing set in stone yet.
Either way...try to block off Saturday May 3, weather permitting, for either this FCA event or our own rally.

Lobster roll cant accomodate that many cars... Was out there last year with two friends, one with a 430 and a lambo diablo SV as well as myself..saw Ralph lauren for 2 mins take a takeout order in his white McLaren

The way the ROE works is that we have catering on site at the
    "show." Always been very popular.

    Great pic!
Since it's the "off" season still I don't think parking will be an issue. Not sure when you were there but probably sometime in the summer? And maybe we can get them to rope off a certain area of the parking lot since they know we will be coming.

Yes. I remember the one at Pindar Vineyards. That was a great event and there was a band too!
That would be up to the FCA as far as catering. We shall see.

I attended a wonderful event last year at one of the North Fork vineyards; they had great food, live music and tote bags stocked with their delicious wine and other goodies.

I'm sure Duck Walk Vineyards in Water Mill, which is on the way to Montauk, could do a similar event, and there is plenty of parking.

If there is enough interest, I would be happy to inquire.

That's sounds like a great idea. Didn't think of that one. And yes, they have a huge parking lot. That's a good option instead of Lobster Roll if food is available. I will suggest to the FCA also.

Looking for an idea of how you want to do this. If you want to make it ROE I can help. If strictly a FCA event with only F cars, let me know.
Either way, if you'd like to meet and park on the grounds of Montauk Manor, overlooking the bay on the lawn, I can try to arrange that.
    Thanks!

Looks like the FCA is really interested in doing this on May 3rd. Can we do this, which is a Ferrari only event, and a ROE open to all cars on a different date? Montauk Manor sounds great. I missed that one as my F car was in the shop at the time. How about a date in late May for the ROE or second week in June? I will be in Montreal for the F1 June 6 weekend and don't want to miss it! Thanks for your help with this Sam. This will be a TON of fun if we can pull both off.

Couple of options. First is two events. Second is all F car. I have no vested interest in one or the other. For the all fcar event, would you like to have the Montauk manor as a site?
