I know it sucks for the Sac fans. We were there a few years ago, and to that, I don't know what to say....

For real??? I'll assume you're serious.
Seattle ****** bag owner Howard Schultz sold them to OKC. They relocated in 2008. Seattle has been without an NBA team since then.

I wish them success, as long as they don't try to tax anyone outside King County.

As a former Kings season ticket holder, good riddance to the Kings. Hopefully the new owners will put together a decent team. The Kings haven't been any good since the late 90's early 00's.

I hope the deal includes the Maloofs paying the city of Sacramento what they owe.

Great. Tax increases to be paid by all locally for the benefit of those who care!

    woo hoo.

You cannot imagine how much tax revenue has been used to support
the LAST Sonics in Seattle.. and Seahawks and whatever.

    Go team!!

    :)

Gotta love when someone who hasn't read anything about the deal blasts it.

So, you don't like sports... Great. That doesn't mean a lot of society doesn't.
Hell, I don't use the library, theater, or a lot of other things that add to our "culture", but that doesn't mean I don't mind supporting them... It's part of being alive....

I'm a sports fan, and I didn't realize that either. Just shows you how irrelevant the NBA is. I always know I can turn on an NBA game in the last minute, where the score will be 115-114 or something like that. Boring IMHO.

Sure, you're not a basketball fan. No problem. I am a sports fan too, but I think Baseball is as boreing as it gets. I can turn it on in the last minute and the score is 1-0. I think the same thing of Soccer. Turn it on and the score is 2-1.

Just because YOU don't like it hardly means it's irrelevant....

I am excited that Seattle is possibly getting an NBA team back.
