I just sold this beauty and made a killing. I not sure how its going to affect my current tax situation but my accountant tells me we can defer the huge gain by setting up a corporation in the Barbados with the shares held by a Bermudan Family Trust settled by a guy in Hong Kong with the trustee in the British Virgin Islands. He says it all legal. Robert Vesco recommended him when I saw him in Cuba.

Seriously, I met a couple of IRS agents when I was in Washington two weeks ago and they confirm Erics story that everything is allright. The tax audit currently in progrees is going to result in some good news. Apparently Eric made alot more in the last three years than he thought he did. So cheer up all not lost.
