    How much different is the 1999 which has no pre-cats?

    All other years have pre-cats, at least in the USA.

    How loud or not loud is a 1999? vs. all others?

    euros have no precats. Slightly faster and more responsive. No real difference in the sound as long as you keep the original cats and muffler. However when you put decat pipes and a sports muffler the headers without the precats are somewhat louder.

    Im running headers with no precat, cat delete pipes, and a tubi muffler. LOUD :D
