Does anybody know a source for the metric screws for the Engine Bay Shock Cover Panels? They seem to be two different lengths, black oxide finish, (probably Lobo 8.8 steel.) They appear to be discontinued by Ferrari. Maybe 6x16 and 6x12
    Thank you

Aren't they dome headed? 3.5mm allen head. All the same length on my car, too.

My 96 are allen head dome shape. All the same length, and about double the length you would expect them to be! i have always wondered if they are factory correct, but I assumed they were since they are all the same left snd right.

    Interesting, Ernest!
Algar's dealership mailed me 18mm washers that look really large for the use...o_O
I'd love to see a photo of what it (the screw and washer) look like when installed in the car, before the car show judges rule.. Is the washer correct?

I think the 18mm black anodized washer Algar sent you is correct. Algar's parts department is known for supplying the right parts.

The washer used on my Challenge car is the same size. The original bolt was replaced with a hex-head bolt so that my techs at the track do not have to go looking for an Allen wrench if they have to get the side cover off...
