Zwoemba, Yes, sad enough I didnt see you... Next year we need to locate a place where all Ferrari chat members can meet up. Ill be there in Knokke, but not sure if MichaelT is there as well. If everything is OK ive got a lift in Danny his 355. (djezz I love that car!) Thanks for the picture commants One I hope to be a pro. It was so incredible fun to be around all those pro. photographers looking at my Simga 135/400 mm
No you weren't at Eau Rouge all the time, cause I would have seen you. I was there too during the F1 Clienti demo... and I got proof for that I also spend some time in the stands with my son, he wanted to sit in the shade. Unfortunately, we had to leave during the Historic Grid A race. My little girl was sick. That's also the reason we weren't there on sunday, we were supposed to be there with the whole family. Sorry, we didn't meet, may be next time... or in Maastricht in october. Bob Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I think you were at the begin of Eau rouge I was there high up at the brown house of Eau Rouge. It was a long walk! haha Sick pix Bob! Really amazing stuff you got there!
Great preview video Alex!!! I like the music actually, you can still hear the cars! Looking forward to the full lenght video! Take your time for it, no rush! We sure had some fun this weekend, thanks again for the company! It was also great to meet some other F-chatters again and seeing some new faces (yep, that's you Jeroen!! ) The pics in this thread are really great!! I knew i didn't have to make much pics myself!! Guy
Thanks Vu, I was indeed half way of Eau Rouge, there is a nice spot on the plateau where you can get your pictures over the fence. I also made some meters saturday and a lot with 20 kg on my neck! At least we had fun and my son really enjoyed it. Love the video Alex!!!
Thanks all for the beautiful pictures! Here is a movie from my visit @ saterday: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=15BouTV2eMA greetz, Trinityss
That's top secret, Vu! Don't tell anyone else that they are taken with 1/200. Keep in mind that the F1's are quick cars, for slower cars I usually use 1/125 or 1/160 (sometimes even slower).

Haven't posted my thoughts yet First guy I met was Jurgen (enzo360). I was photographing the F40 and he passed me. He looked a bit strange to me and stared at me for a while, so I thought he was gay or something like that and ignored him He walked further and suddenly I received a phonecall... from the guy 3 metres away from me Glad I've finally seen you... we'll meet again soon After that I've met Peter (Chalstrad) for the first time. Friendly guy with a huge passion for his car. A real example for some owners... You drive your car, you drive it FAST and you take as many passengers as you can. Keep up the good work! After that I met Richy. Also a good guy... but you'll have to learn better your French I hope you've had your ride. I already went home by then... Next was Joren. Had a good talk and laugh with him... Martini all the way Guy (rpmtifosi) and Alexander (alex355gt) joined us a little bit later. I'm very happy to know the face behind the nickname. We'll also talk later Very happy also to have talked to Jan. I wish you all the best with the repair of the 275. Not that much luck with it in the past few months The cars were also great... My love for black Ferrari's keeps on growing and growing. I am so amazed by the black 550... damn. I've also seen my first black Enzo and ******* , it looks good FXX very impressive, F1 also, historic challenge... everything. I've had a great day... All thanks to Ferrari. I love it, everyday more and more Jeroen
You really have a steady hand I need to practice a lot to become as skilled as you are I used 1/500 for the F1. I did this cos I made the shots when the cars are half turned to me. Next time I will try some longer shuttertime....I must get the sense of speed in my pix Looking forward to your pix Bob.....you may ring a bell when they are on your website
jeroen my passion for Ferrari's is now even more then it was and i saw my first few enzo's and FXX's it was great
The 599 GTB Fiorano pics are there already (www.ferraripictures.nl - evenementen, etc...). At this moment I am resizing the FXX batch so I guess they will be up there tomorrow. After that F1 Clienti, Shell Historic and Club Ferrari... This makes me a busy dude the coming days. Where are your pics, Vu??? We need to see them.
Here are a few of my pix. I'm in the middle of exams atm So I can't post them all yet http://img272.imageshack.us/my.php?image=pic0796cx.jpg http://img285.imageshack.us/my.php?image=pic0800oz.jpg http://img285.imageshack.us/img285/7636/pic0818oq.jpg http://img272.imageshack.us/img272/5639/pic0827ls.jpg http://img285.imageshack.us/img285/3652/pic0837sv.jpg
Looking good Vu! What shutterspeed did you use on 430's and Birdcage? I don't think 1/500? Where did you take the FXX's? Eau Rouge? Love the composition
The grey F430 Challenge was made at 1/320 at the same place on Eau Rouge as where you made those F1 pix. The Birdcage with 1/250. The FXX pix were made at the top of Eau Rouge....I stood in front of the brown wooden house there.
Here are a few of the F1 demo. I wanted to create some depth in my pix .......not really satisfied though with the results. http://img432.imageshack.us/my.php?image=pic0846ru.jpg http://img432.imageshack.us/img432/1159/pic0851cz.jpg http://img144.imageshack.us/img144/4224/pic0869zx.jpg http://img456.imageshack.us/img456/2146/pic0886ae.jpg http://img456.imageshack.us/img456/9436/pic0890ur.jpg
