    :)

Hopefully with Mattiachi and Allison things will start coming right. Allison complained a few months ago in public (so he must've raised the issue a few times already internally) that designers/engineers et all are very restricted in what they're allowed to to (so again, probably goes against some leading persons philosophy and therefore anyone with a suggestion is therefore stupid).

With Mattiachi installed by Fiat and not LdM...perhaps more freedom will come and everyone can put their brains together to finally make this team work again (and LdM keeping his beak out).

Don't you think there is a possibility that it is Kimi who if stuffing up and stuffing the strategy because he is not able to make his tyres last?

I'm sure many of the drivers are on the radio moaning about their tyres but you cannot just pit every time they don't like their tyres!

    My Spa prediction:

Nico will win because while Spa is fast it can spit you off and if LH ends up putting himself under too much pressure there is a reasonable chance he will make a mistake. Example: Nico using the excellent car he has under him beats or comes very close to LH's qualifying time, LH will feel that he has to go out and pull something special, pushing him even closer to that edge ... we either see a great qualifying lap, a mistake or another set of tyres are simply wasted.

Nico will be driving for worst case second, which at this stage of the WDC is a good removal of pressure mindset.

And they will likely lap the rest of the field ... both Williams drivers will fall off as Massa tries to pass his, as usual, faster team mate in the first corner.

Obviously there is that possibility. Although Kimi has made the right calls in his Lotus years...every time they wanted to risk a strategy that was on the limit he was normally the one to say ''it's not possible'' but got overruled and hey..few laps to go and tires fell off completely and he would fall from podiums down to only just in the points. Happened a few times. He was/is also very good at managing his tires due to his smooth driving style.

It's happened a few times this year, most notably Spain and Germany. In Spain he was faster than Alonso but they give Alonso the pit option instead of Kimi, making him to a 2 stop instead of a 3 stop. Finished right on Alonso's ass who had the faster strategy after being told not to pit. In Germany his front wing received a lot of damage due to being squeezed by Vettel and earlier being hit by Hamilton...obviously this would cause the front tire to overwork, yet they kept him on the original strategy. You can't work miracles.
