Which size spacer is the best for my 348 with 355 alloys. I've got 15mm spacers in the pic below, but thicker spacers would I think look better. 20mm or 25mm? Image Unavailable, Please Login
15mm front and 25mm back seems to be universally liked by the 348 Brotherhood! Wider than 25mm in back *has* caused a few 348's some problems, so there are limits to such good things.
Thanks No Doubt. Just saw this thread, which answers my question. http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=91351
Henkie tried many of the spacer combinations and wrote a decent thread on them for the 348 here: http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=81305
Problem is, mines a GTB which i was led to beleive had a different rear suspension. Along with 355 alloys which supposedly have a larger offset against the 348 wheels, I though 15mm spacers would be ideal. However, as you can see from the pic they still don't fit the arches properly.
You are correct, but I bet that you can still go out to 25mm rear. Good thread when thinking of spacers: http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=8361&highlight=ferrari+wheel+offset
348: Front (?); 9" +68 Rear 355: Front (?); 10" +78mm Rear So technically, 15mm spacers with 355 whels would be the same as 25mm spacers with 348 wheels? If so, how come they are still sunk in????
I don't think any of us said we wouldn't communicate in *this* forum, to maintain solidarity with The Brotherhood We're all still here
