I'd like to get spacers for my 355, but I'm not sure what width to go for. I was thinking of 15mm front and rear, or maybe wider than that at the front.

It would be helpful to see photos of 355s fitted with spacers (with sizes), and to hear from anyone who's had problems with spacers that are too wide.

I want to make sure the tyres don't protrude beyond the wheelarches (that's illegal here in the UK) and that the tyres don't come into contact with the wheel arches.

Rogier, thanks for the picture. The rears look just right. But why didn't you put spacers on the front wheels? Do you notice any difference in the way the car drives?

I have 15mm on my 355 Spider thats what Paul Hill recommends larger can result in contact with the lip of the wheel well

I bought my car with spacers front and rear. I am not sure the size, but the fronts are half the size of the rears. I have had one incident with catching the fender lip. I had myself and another friend of mine in the car, and took the wrong angle into a rather steep driveway. It was very minor and a local body shop rolled it back under with no required paint work. If you don't want to worry about your front fender lips only run rear spacers.
