It appears to be "chunky" or "old" whether light or bold. Defaults to bold in 12 pt. Here's a comparison of 12 pt. fonts, including those which the site uses, up to and including Verdana, but ommiting certain fonts, as they are oversized. I do not have Helvetica, so...
