    Hi all,

Just getting used to my 355, found out the battery terminal in the engine compartment is very conveniently located under a black panel - not - thats a thing of genius if you ever need a jump start and don't happen to have a set of allen keys on you!! Anyway, I digress..

I was looking at where I could hook up my CTEK Ferrari battery conditioner, it comes with a fly lead you can attach to the battery and leave in situ next to the battery cut off switch, when I noticed on the drivers side (LHD, USA side) that there are two spare plugs located under the trunk/bonnet compartment next to the windscreen washer resevoir. Can someone tell me what these two spare plugs are for? They have blanking plugs in there at the moment.

    Ideas?

    Easiest method:
Buy a cigarette lighter adapter and wire it onto the leads, and plug it in....you can safely close the door on an 18 gauge twin lead wires, as the rubber gaskets will easily collapse/form around them. You will never forget to unplug before you leave your garage too! ;)
