    Does any super Ferrari have any spare tyre? i read that the F40 doesn't have...so i'm assuming the F50 and the Enzo don't have either.

    is this correct? what about the GTO?

    GTO has a spare. It's the space saver variety.

    My 1/18 BBurago F40 has a spare :) Also once saw a diagram with a wheel that looked like the F40's but was way to narrow for a full street tyre (for that car ;)) - I guess it was a spare, but I'm not sure.
