355 Spare wheel/tire

Hello. I’m curious what everyone uses for a spare wheel/tire. My understanding is that not many of these cars has one, at least not the spiders, and that the OEM one is rare and expensive. Is there an aftermarket one that is generally accepted and used, that is readily purchasable and affordable? Thanks.

 

Has anyone had real-world success with the spare offered in the thread above by FPE? The spacer is 30.25mm thick, which translates to 1.2 inches; good enough for the front but per the thread would insufficient for the rear.
