Spare wheels for the winter?

I'm interested in putting a set of snows on the FF for winter....but I don't want to break the factory rubber off the factory rims....to put them on.

Anyone here selling their factory set after getting custom rims.....or know of a set I might go after? Any help is much appreciated.....
