Can anyone please help me ..... I'm trying to get these steel tubes out of the cylinder heads. Mine seem to be very firmly in place. I assume they just push into the heads , , , , maybe held in with an o-ring ? What is the best method to remove them ? I'm not much of a Jeremy Clarkson so I shall not take to them with my HAMMERS ! After spraying them with PB blaster and some heat I used an expanding collet and a slide hammer to remove mine.
