    I searched the threads but could not find anything for my 88. What size are the kick panel speakers 6.5 or 5.25? What is the diameter of the hole for tweeters. I am going to replace all speakers with some high end speakers. What brand are you guys using? Has anyone put a modern amp in stock location? If so what brand and size will fit? Thanks in advance for any help. I want the car to rock without cutting up anything.

    They are 6.5". I bought Alpine SPE-6000's at Best Buy for $90.00 when my original cones crumbled. They sound fine to me but I'm not an audiophile.
