Thanks Rob for allowing this post: RUF Auto Centre, LP welcomes you this coming Saturday, August 26th, to a special open house at our facility from 10AM to 2PM. We will have on display the RUF R Spyder and the new RUF Rk Coupe which just made its world debut at the Quail event in Monterey, CA this past weekend. The bodies for both cars were designed and hand built by Stola who will be present for the open house. A few members of Studiotorino, Stolas design studio, have worked for Pininfarina as well. In addition we will showcase the Grand Opening of our new vehicle storage facility. We have recently expanded our facility to be able to offer a much needed Executive Automobile Storage location for a select few. Space is limited and the spots will no doubt fill fast. Details will be available at the open house on Saturday. The expansion into our new space will also give us the opportunity to have a dedicated showroom for consignment sales of high-end and exotic vehicles. Maybe I'm just not attuned to the Pbug world, but what distinguishes these from the production Boxter and Cayman? I may make it out, this event in conjunction with the ECN will make for a full car day
Both of these cars of RUF vin designated cars. The no longer carry the Porsche badges or name. Both cars started as a raw body shell from Porsche and were completely redesigned by Stola. Once the bodies are completed, RUF Germany works their magic on the driveline of the car to optimize performance and handling.

Jonathan, The open house was great, and saw a lot of friends there. Didn't meet the special guests, but had fun hearing about the RUF cars, and running up against the superbike. Glad you have a spot in the car storage area for Mr. C's car, as he needs it closer to home.
