Did the 456 ever come with 3 piece 18" wheels as an option? If so what do they look like? Thanks Franck
I don't think they ever did. I have a 2001 with the 17" wheels and I think that was the only wheel ever available. I have several books and brochures and they don't say anything about optional wheels. Kent Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thanks, someone on Ebay was selling OEM 18" wheels for 456, this surprised me knowing that sport wheels were only offered on 360 and 550 - turns out they are OZ rims. THX Franck
456's only came with the one design of the 17" rims. The wheels are interchangeable with 550's ( and probably 575's). The offset for the 360 wheels may be different.
The 456 looks beautiful with the 550 18'' rims or even with the 575 19''. Although at this point I would also lower and stiffen the suspension (Novtec kit perhaps?), install a Tubi and upgrade the brakes to the larger 550 or 575 discs and calipers. Now, that would be my dream 456 - much more of a driver's car.

And shoe horn in: a) a 575 engine b) a 599 engine, if it would fit ? c) cheapest, a 550 engine for the 50 extra horses ? What about Novitec Wheels, btw ? anyone know the cost of their 19" F-car look-alikes ?
Those wheels are the best I've seen on the 456, I noticed you've got some spares in the boot, if there are 4 can I have them?
Very nice - that's the style I am looking for short of the Modular wheels off the 550/575 (which is $$$$). I have the 360 Modular wheels on my other car but they do not fit the 456 unfortunately.
Yep thanks.. I was in the Gumball. Thats why I removed the rear seats and installed 1 front 1 rear wheel with tires for spare. I am glad I did that. .needed 1 front passing through Serbia..
I am thinking of buying 18" HRE's 890R's with with Mich all seasons. Does anyone have any thoughts on these wheels or perhaps a picture of the wheels on a 456 ? I currently sport the stock wheels on mine.

These are the HRE 890 R's that I'm looking at. They're 18 inch, and I've been quoted $7500 for a set of 4 with Mich. PS2s mounted and balanced with Ferrari center caps. I'm looking at the Brushed which appears similar to a 599 GTB look. Image Unavailable, Please Login
