I have a couple of Ferrari factory "racing" exhaust kits for 360 F1s available at a special price.

These kits include all exhaust parts from the catalysts back plus 2 new engine ECUs and essentially retrofit a stock 360 to Challenge Stradale exhaust specs.

Through the end of February , I will sell these at $2500.00 installed or $1875.00 plus frt.

I have only 1 each of kits for 360 F1 Coupe and 360 F1 Spider at this price so whoever acts first gets the deal.

If you are interested, PM me, email [email protected] or call 800-522-2345.

    Thanks

The exhaust would fit but the ECUs are specific to F1s

The kits are designed for 04 and 05 but the ECUs can be reflashed for earlier cars also but I do not think they will work on 99s.

Even without the ECUs you still get the smaller louder Stradale exhaust with the Stradale type exhaust tips.

If my 360 Modena was an F1 I would have picked this up in a heart beat, and I even have a Tubi on it... I called Ken and he did say I can use the exhaust without the new ECUs, but that seems a bit wasted...

do they just install on an 01 f1 spider, or do they create a CEL?

You could install the exhaust on an 01 Spider and get the louder sound with no problems or you could also install the included new ECUs so the engine can take better advantage of the more open exhaust. The ECUs do have to be programmed to the car with the SD3.

Either way, since this is all factory Ferrari parts, you do not have to worry about the dreaded CEL

They do, FNA started offering flashes to all years now. I got this exhaust kit for my 1999 3 pedal car from Algar and they were able to send the ECU's to get reflashed.

This is an awesome deal. If they were in the UK I'd buy both and I don't even have a 360 any more!

Those boxes are built to go anywhere in the world - at a price. Good call though, anyone with the right car for these ought to be jumping on straight away.

That is true but Euro spec cars do not have resonators in the headers.. Euro cars have the same headers that are on the Challenge race car.. The system works great as just an install without ECU programming.. Kits work for all models - spider, f1, non f1 etc.. part numbers are different because early on the ecu's came pre-programmed for specific set up ex. f1 or non f1 etc.. then they decided to included blank ecu's so that they can be programmed by fna and also to add exhaust to the build spec of the car. I have the exhaust set up and love it.. I have two blank ecu's that one day may come in handy.. They are pricey and I look at them as a bonus.

I also have blank ECUs in the garage ( 4 sets actually) but I am having problems getting a program into them, is FNA the only ones who can do that ?
I will be willing to pay someone for programming these ECUs, just dont know who ?
    Any thoughts.......

    Regards Thomas

my dealer tried to sell me this system late last year withOUT the ECU's, he had used the ECU's in another car, said it was cheaper to buy the exhaust with new ECU's then it was to buy them alone.

He told me my car (a 99) would run fine with my current ECU's and this exhaust.

I asked the price, he never got back to me and I ended up with a Capristo but at least my dealer thought that the new ECU's were not needed.

FNA would not program those because you are not in America. Remember FNA will only cater to the Americas. I would contact Ferrari Spa and ask about programming your ecus.
