    Last week and today the state police have had an airplane timing cars on I-12 between mandeville and hammond. The plane was flying between Robert and the parish line with the police cars at the goodbee/madisonville exit today. FWIW

    It's a good thing I never ever ever exceed the posted speed limit. I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I did. Besides, everybody knows that speeding is a "gateway" crime. Before you know it, speeders are passing on the right and doing burnouts from stoplights.
