    Dear nASScrapvision:

Enough with your nASScrap BS!! We want to see F1, ALMS and ELMS!

    Put your BS on ESPN!!!!

If something doesn't change for next year, you have lost a subscriber!

Nascar is a brilliant sport. They race for 498 miles, and dozens of cars have a shot at winning in nearly every race.

I have watched and enjoyed nearly Formula One race this year. The technology is great, the personalities are interesting, but the comment that still stands out in my mind is one made by Fernando Alonso. I can't remember the exact words, nor the race, but it went something like this - Well, I got a bad start, was third to the first turn off the start, and that was pretty much the end of it. (he finished third).

I have learned my lession, as my TIVO stopped with one minute in Q3 because of the delay. I will now record the show after Formula One.

Does anyone else here feel like there is a series missing in American motorsports? There is no proper touring car series. All we have is some pathetic low budget Speed GT series which nobody watches. We need a series that resembles BTCC and DTM. Aside from all this Nascar BS, all we have is the ALMS and Indy/Champ.

I remember in the seventies not being able to watch the race at all!!

All the people who complain about SPEED's coverage should be condemned to be sent back to any year before about 1978. I guarantee that if they spent a season under those conditions, they would never complain about any current race coverage ever again!

There WAS an American version of the BTCC called the NATCC, and it lasted what, 2 years?

I'd be happy to get next day programs of the ELMS and DTM instead of waiting 6 months.

Save your breath (emails), not gonna happen. Nascar pays the bills.
A couple of years ago they pulled the plug on the WRC coverage inspite of many emails and complaints, instead now we get to watch endless reruns of the same guy making the same stupid stereo box over and over again.

    I think I think. ;)

+1 on the Rob Walker reports.

They're just trying to dumb us down with that stuff. Is the net the only way to get the truth? I'll need to get that dialed in for next year ;)

Like Dave DeSpain said: NASCAR (viewership) pays the bills, F1 doesn't.
Viewership of NASCAR stuff beats F1 in the USA 20 to 1, just ask the advertisers.

I don't like it - DeSpain doesn't like it - you all don't like it, but it's a fact of life -er- business.

    Almost.

They 'survive' for 498 miles, and 'race' for 2 - the last 2.
