    Got a speeding ticket tonight here in Minneapolis with the STi. Officer said I was going around 80-85..... Long story short he handed me the ticket and it mentions that there was a speeding offense but no where on the ticket does it say how fast I was going, how fast I was going over the limit and what zone I was in while the infraction occurred. There is no mention of X MPH anywhere. Does this mean that there is no record of how fast I was actually going? Would this be enough to get this ticket thrown out?

    Take it to court, plead not guilty, get a trial date and then motion the court to compell discovery.

    Then you will see what they really have on you. It dosen't sound like much, if the fields on the ticket are present, but NOT filled in!
