Hi Fellow F-chatters. Could somebody please forward Mark Gold's phone number to me. Was on my happy way back from FOFL after getting my yearly service when a nice man hididng behind a tree on his motorcycle from BSO nailed me on Dixie just north of Sample. No excuses, was my fault. I didn't even bother trying to talk my way out of it. I could tell he wasn't going to have much sympathy for me sitting in a Ferrari when he was sweating like a pig on his bike. He was like a machine, I was pleasant, I got my citation (as he referred to it) and I was on my way. I've heard Mark Gold is the best. Thanks, Ken
I will let Mark post his contact info but here is his site http://www.theticketclinic.com/sem/index.html ps- have you ever talked your way out of a ticket or to a lesser degree? I have never tried, I just be as respectful and nice as I can in hopes but never get the break
Thanks for the info. Yes, I have talked my way out of tickets. But you can usually get a feel for the cop if it's even worth while trying to stike up a conversation. Never had any luck with BSO though. I'm always respectful and nice. This is my first in almost six years, so I guess I'm overdue anyway. Thanks again.

my pleasure. every cop I have came across under this circumstance has always been by the book. License and registration...sigh here...drive safe...that's it!
the ticket clinic has worked for me too. best of luck. As for talking one's way out of a ticket. I had a friend talked her way into one for me. I had California stopped at a stop sign and woop the lights came on behind me. I pulled over, licensee registration and all that.I'm all-ways 100% courteous with the LEO's don't want know trouble round here. I happened to have a passenger who was a bit loud (read: inebriated). She was a know it all law school student who was making comments under her breath a little too loud. The officer looked past me and said to her "If you have something to say you can step outside the car." She did... then realized what was going on and she got real quiet fast. The officer told her to get back in the car and looked at me, he said I wasn't going to give u a ticket just a warning. But now I am. lesson learned muzzle potential loud-mouths at all costs. oh and if u don't get off with a warning call the ticket clinic worked for me.
Hope she got you off - with a warning or not (preferably not) - as compensation for her poor conduct. Scottie
It was all bad after that. Very very quiet in the car! took her back to her place, and I drove home angry very angry. but on the bright side haven't gotten a ticket since. *knock on wood* Def thanks to my V1
