    1995, 355 Spider: My speedo stopped dead. I looked at the back of the unit for loose wires, but everything looked OK. Any ideas? I'm hundreds of miles from a shop so I need to give it a shot on my own. Help, if you can. Thanks.

    It's the speedo sending unit, under the car by the trans, it has a little plug on it with 2 wires , about $ 125 good luck!

    +1, same problem for me a few years ago, new sender and all was well.
