Let's do it.........most likely carb is clogged with varnish........get a lawnmower shop to clean it, or try to find a carb cleaner named "Deep Creap"...it actually works like starter fluid.. You can spray actual starter fluid in it, but most likely will foul the plug as the crud burns through..........check inside the tank for rust too..
